PILOT PROJECT: FUTURE CAREERS PROGRAM

The Future Careers program prepares young people aged 16 to 25 to quickly enter the job market through specialized and practical training in high-demand sectors such as cybersecurity, project management, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, and trading. In just six months, this program provides technical and professional skills that are immediately applicable while supporting young individuals in their transition to employment through integration workshops, personalized follow-ups, and access to recognized certifications.

Future Careers is designed to meet market needs, reduce employment barriers, and promote participants’ financial independence.

Social Context

The Future Careers project emerges in a social context shaped by major transformations:

  • Pandemic Impact: The COVID-19 crisis weakened access to the job market, particularly for young people.
  • Growing Cybersecurity Threats: With the explosion of digital data and increasing cyber risks, security skills are more crucial than ever.
  • Inequality in Access to Modern Skills: Disadvantaged youth often lack access to training that aligns with the demands of the evolving labor market.

Training Programs That Generate Income and Autonomy in 6 Months

The Future Careers program is a strategic initiative designed to equip youth aged 16 to 25 with practical and transferable skills that secure their employability. In just six months, participants will be job-ready, with the potential to earn an average annual salary of $50,000, provided they meet program requirements

High-Demand, Technological, and Transformational Careers

To address these challenges, we have selected training programs that anticipate market needs and align with future trends. These professions are at the center of the current digital and economic transformation.

Cybersecurity

This training prepares youth to protect digital systems and data in an increasingly connected world. Participants learn to identify threats, manage security incidents, and implement protective measures for networks and data. The program also includes compliance training for regulations like GDPR. The goal is to train cybersecurity experts who can meet the rising demand and enhance organizations’ digital security.

Project Management in Digital Transformation

This course trains young individuals to manage technology projects and support businesses in their digital transition. Participants learn how to lead teams, model processes, and use project management tools like Trello and Asana. They also gain expertise in hybrid methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall and can obtain recognized certifications like PMP.

(Option to take only the project management certification to become a PMP-certified manager.)

This training introduces youth to trading fundamentals in commodities markets, enabling them to understand global economic dynamics. Participants acquire skills in market analysis, financial risk management, and trading strategy development. The goal is to train professionals who can navigate complex financial environments while preparing for industry-recognized certifications.

Digital Marketing in Business Development

This program teaches young individuals how to use digital tools to promote products and services in a constantly evolving environment. Participants develop skills in online advertising campaign management, engaging content creation, and performance analysis on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. The goal is to train professionals who maximize brand visibility and meet the growing demand for e-commerce strategies.

This course prepares youth to understand and use AI technologies in professional settings. Participants learn to design automation solutions, develop machine learning models, and leverage data analytics tools to address business needs. The objective is to train professionals who can create AI-driven solutions, such as chatbots, personalized recommendations, and optimized processes, while adapting to rapid technological advancements.

Training Durations:

  • Trading: 16–24 weeks, 10–25 students per class.
  • Project Management & Digital Transformation: 12–24 weeks, 12–25 participants per cohort.
  • Digital Marketing & Business Development: 8–12 weeks, 15–25 students.
  • Cybersecurity: 12–20 weeks, 10–25 students.
  • Artificial Intelligence: 16–24 weeks, 10–25 students.
